NSSLGlobal to showcase maritime portfolio at CommunicAsia 2019

The company will showcase the FusionIP-LITE, Cruise Control+ – NSSLGlobal’s virtualised platform, Iridium Certus and more at stand B05-17, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
VSAT-enabled maritime vessels are estimated to grow in number from over 20,000 vessels in 2018 to over 75,000 by 2028, and to generate almost $42bn in cumulative revenues in that period, according to Northern Sky Research.

Satcom and IT solutions provider NSSLGlobal will be displaying its maritime portfolio at CommunicAsia 2019 from the 18th to 20th June at the Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

NSSLGlobal’s APAC Regional Sales Director, Priya Patel, will join the team on stand 1Y1-01 to shed light on the company’s plans for the APAC region.

NSSLGlobal’s products and services that will be showcased at CommunicAsia 2019 include the FusionIP-LITE, Cruise Control+ – NSSLGlobal’s virtualised platform, Iridium Certus and more.

The company’s FusionIP Lite has been developed for the Asian seas and is based on NSSLGlobal’s FusionIP solution. It integrates two communication worlds in one service – cellular 3G/4G and satcom – for ship-to-shore connectivity.

Also on display will be the Cruise Control+ – NSSLGlobal’s virtualised platform which is a single server appliance designed to provide maritime companies with a secure, integrated solution for managing all aspects of voice and data, as well as hosting and IT management services, on board vessels.

Customers can get immediate access to the enterprise-grade global broadband L-Band functionality and voice capabilities offered by Iridium Certus via the Cobham 4300 terminal — including Polar Regions coverage, either as a standalone service or in conjunction with NSSLGlobal’s VSAT IP@SEA service.

The company will also demonstrate the LT-3100, a maritime fixed Iridium satellite phone that provides voice and data capabilities with 100% coverage over the Iridium network.

NSSLGlobal Technologies will also showcase the SatLink Hub and Modem technology at the core of NSSLGlobal’sVSAT network works.

The company will also demonstrate its entire range of products including its maritime broadband VSAT service for commercial vessels, Snap.tv, INSIGHT and new VSAT service monitoring capabilities, and a range of cybersecurity solutions.
