The second day of Arabsat’s Broadcast Customer Forum will feature a series of interviews and presentations by key leaders in the MENA market.
It will begin with an interview with Samir Safir, CEO of My-HD on the new approach to pay-TV in the region. This will be followed by a presentation by Thomas Keene, VP – Sales, Trio. The presentation will focus on the increasing convergence in the homeplace.
After that, Dr. Riyadh Najm will discuss broadcasting in the MENA region, its challenges and the way forward.
Dr. Raed Khusheim, CEO, Selevision will then be interviewed regarding solutions for a better TV experience. This will be followed by a presentation by Giorgio Giacomini’s MD for the Middle East, Globecast, on distributing HD content locally.
In culmination, there will be a final interview with Saudi Media City, and a closing address by Nabil Al-Shanti, VP and CCO, Arabsat.
