ABS has announced several new announcements and a major reorganization within the executive management team to reflect its transition into the next phase of company growth and its ongoing commitment to customer service.
As part of the changes, James Frownfelter has now been appointed as CEO; CFO Sam Wong has been promoted to President and CFO; Dee Schwalb, previously EVP of Business Development, will take on the role of COO; Carmen Gonzalez–Sanfeliu has been appointed as CCO; Stephen Salem has been appointed as General Counsel; Ron Busch previously VP of Network Services, has been promoted to Executive VP, Network Services while Justin Derksen has been appointed Senior VP, Business Development; Patrick French previously VP of Global Business Development has been promoted to Senior VP of Global Business Development and Jason Miller will serve as VP of Sales Support & Market Research.
