All.Space, a multi-orbit satellite communications company, has announced the appointment of Paul McCarter as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. John Finney, the company’s founder and former CEO, will remain actively involved as founder and Board Director.
Founded in 2013 by John Finney, All.Space has transformed satellite communications with its cutting-edge platform, offering seamless connectivity across multiple satellite orbits (LEO, MEO, HEO, and GEO) from a single mobile device.
Paul McCarter, previously All.Space’s Chief Operating Officer, brings over three decades of leadership experience. Before joining All.Space, McCarter held executive roles at companies such as Racal, Thales, Cobham, and Serco where he drove growth in the technology, manufacturing, and consulting sectors. His background also includes a career in the military.
