ETL Systems to expand portfolio following SpacePath acquisition

UK-based ETL Systems has announced its acquisition of SpacePath Communications. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The acquisition aims to cement ETL’s position as leading provider of radio frequency (RF) distribution solutions in the UK.

SpacePath’s high power amplifier (HPA) product line will now be a part of ETL’s portfolio. With this integration the company aims to better meet the needs of its expanding customer base. SpacePath’s clients will continue to receive dedicated support from ETL Systems as both teams collaborate to ensure a seamless transition.

This acquisition not only solidifies ETL’s position as a leading provider of RF distribution solutions in the UK but also creates new career progression opportunities for both SpacePath and ETL employees, expanding resources for personal development and growth within the industry.

SpacePath provides power solutions to system integrators and satellite operators in over 35 countries and reports an installed base of over 6,000 amplifiers. In March of this year, the company launched a portfolio of millimeter wave amplifiers to meet growing demand for broadband applications.
