A statement by Ali Korur, Regional VP, MENA, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Iran & Afghanistan, also announced the resignation of Laurent Roussel from Eutelsat Middle East.
Eutelsat has announced the promotion of Ghassan Murat to the role of Managing Director of Eutelsat Middle East office. He is also VP of Business Development & Strategy.
In addition, a statement issued by Ali Korur, Regional VP, MENA, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Iran & Afghanistan for Eutelsat Middle East FZ-LCC announced the resignation of Laurent Roussel from Eutelsat Middle East. The release also stated that Roussel’s clients are being temporarily transferred to Ghassan Murat.
Ghassan has reportedly worked at Eutelsat for more than eight years.
Commenting on the changes in personnel, Korur also stated that the satellite operator was in the process of recruiting a new sales director who will take over Laurent Roussel’s account.
