Al Rusayl Industrial City has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Omantel to offer fiber optic networks and 5G services to all businesses investing in the industrial city. This collaboration aims to elevate telecommunications services within the industrial zone, creating an environment conducive to business growth and expediting manufacturing and production processes.
The project is anticipated to be completed in Q1 2024. The MoU was officially signed by Eng. Mohsin bin Zahran Al Hinai, CEO of Al Rusayl Industrial City Company, and Eng. Saleem bin Ahmed Abdullatif, Acting VP – Consumer Unit at Omantel.
This agreement is in line with Madayn’s commitment to enhancing telecom services for investors across its network of industrial cities. It reflects a dedicated effort to provide value-added services and supports Madayn’s vision of bolstering the Sultanate’s position as a prominent regional hub for manufacturing, ICT, innovation, and entrepreneurship excellence. Additionally, it aligns with Madayn’s mission to attract industrial investments and facilitate them through competitive strategies, robust infrastructure, value-adding services, and streamlined governmental processes.
