OneWeb service restored after 48-hour outage

The disruption was traced to a software issue in the ground segment. Eutelsat swiftly mobilised its resources, working closely with the vendor to address the problem and restore service. Throughout the outage, the company maintained open communication with affected customers to manage the situation.

With the issue resolved, the OneWeb constellation is now fully operational, ensuring seamless connectivity for its users.
