Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems joins SIA

New member holds 45 years of experience in environmental testing, space situational awareness

The Satellite Industry Association (SIA) has announced that Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, a division of Raytheon Company, has joined the association as the newest member.

“SIA is pleased to welcome Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems to our association,” says Patricia Cooper, SIA President. “Its 45 years of experience in space technology for environmental sensing, space situational awareness and both enterprise and government solutions will augment SIA’s growing membership of satellite sensing manufacturers and enhance SIA’s representation of the broader US satellite industry.”

SIA, a full-service trade association, represents commercial satellite companies as the voice of the US satellite industry on policy, regulatory and legislature affecting industry business.
