Sama X, an authorised global reseller of SpaceX’s Starlink service, is set to launch operations in Bahrain following the receipt of its licence from the Kingdom’s Telecommunications Regulatory Authority. The move will enable Sama X to deliver Starlink’s satellite-based connectivity services to users across Bahrain.
The launch forms part of Sama X’s wider regional expansion strategy, driven by its goal to simplify access to digital connectivity through next-generation satellite solutions. Targeting professionals, enterprises and public sector organisations, the company aims to enhance high-speed internet access across Bahrain, including remote land areas and national waters. Using Starlink’s low-Earth-orbit satellite constellation, Sama X will offer reliable primary and backup connectivity options designed to support a range of operational needs.
