Yahsat has announced official registration on the U.S. General Services Administration GSA-Schedules for the provision of its military Ka-band satellite communications to U.S. government agencies through the Boeing Commercial Satellite Services.
U.S. government customers, including the Department of Defense – US DoD, can now procure capacity lease contracts for YahSecure Ka-band satellite services under Boeing’s GSA Schedule registration
Yahsat’s YahSecure service delivers satellite communications capacity for military, government, and mission critical operations in Africa, Middle East, Europe and Asia.
Through collaboration with Boeing Commercial Satellite Services, a unit of The Boeing Company, US government agencies can now procure YahSecure via the official GSA Schedule procurement system.
This is the first approval by the U.S. government for the supply of military Ka-band capacity, authorising YahSecure’s advanced satellite communications offering for government and military use.
