The v60E is a lightweight and affordable Ku-band stabilised VSAT maritime antenna system, designed to support entry into new market sectors and increase our competitive edge in the 65cm class. The v60E combines new technology and features with powerful RF performance, in a compact and light mechanical design.
In comparison with other 65 cm antenna systems, the v60E’s RF design offers higher levels of performance, with significantly reduced pricing, providing customers with lower budget access to an Intellian product. As a purpose-built product for entry-level maritime customers, the v60E is a simplified solution with a 6W BUC and Cross-pol only configuration, ideal for minimizing weight and cost. The v60E is easy to install with a single cable connection which combines Tx, Rx, and DC power cables. The new Radome design means that installers do not need to open the Radome hatch during the installation, simply connecting the cable externally.
The v60E is operated by AptusNX, Intellian’s advanced web-based antenna control and monitoring platform. AptusNX provides a new Installation Wizard that gives users a step-by-step guide through the commissioning process and setup of the antenna, promising further time savings and optimised performance. AptusNX also provides automated diagnosis which performs antenna’s key component health checks and delivers a detailed report and proper measurements.
