Rivada Space Networks (RSN) will be participating at CABSAT in Dubai to showcase its system architecture – a space-based MPLS network providing Gigabits of secure connectivity with lower latencies than fiber, opening-up new opportunities for companies looking for scalable, flexible solutions for their expanding networks.
RSN’s space-based data network is transformative—it will offer access to a secure satellite network with pole-to-pole reach, offering end-to-end latencies similar to or better than terrestrial fiber. The RSN network combines inter-satellite links with advanced onboard data routers creating an optical backbone in space to deliver an ultra-secure and highly reliable global data network for business operations in the telecom, enterprise, maritime, energy and government services markets.
At CABSAT’s SATEXPO conference, Rivada will host a Fireside Chat exploring the topic of Turning Constellations into Networks – A New Connectivity Architecture for the Middle East.
Speaking about the event, Joe Apa, Business Development Director at RSN, said: “I’m delighted to be participating in the SATEXPO conference at CABSAT With our Fireside Chat: Turning Constellations into Networks – A New Connectivity Architecture for the Middle East. Satellite is sometimes viewed as a last resort for enterprise communications, but our infrastructure is what data communications has been waiting for – a game-changing constellation which re-defines connectivity in terms of security, latency, capacity, efficiency, and coverage.”
