Astroscale and MHI will share technical data and technologies for projects that advance sustainable space operations, including on-orbit servicing.
The satellite will be carried into space by a Russian Soyuz rocket lifting off from Kazakhstan's Baikonur Cosmodrome.
Astroscale’s ELSA-d mission consists of a Chaser satellite and the Target satellite, and will demonstrate key technologies for orbital debris removal.
