MBZ-SAT, which is fully developed and built by a team of Emirati engineers, is scheduled for launch no earlier than October 2024.
Following its launch, MBZ-Sat will be operated and monitored from the Mission Control Centre at MBRSC.

MBZ-SAT, named after Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, is expected to be launched in 2023.
