Kymeta has announced a new partnership deal with Türksat to bring land and sea connectivity to Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
With this partnership, US-based satellite communications provider, Kymeta will enable Türksat, Turkey’s single satellite operator, to take connectivity in new markets and provide customers with voice, data, internet, TV, and radio broadcasting services.
Commenting on the new venture, Neville Meijers, Chief Commercial Officer, Kymeta, said: “Partnering with Türksat allows Kymeta to provide coverage through their satellite communications with our end-to-end solutions on both land and sea”.
Commenting on the strategic ties carved by this venture, Türksat Vice President, Hasan Hüseyin Ertokt, remarked: “This partnership will help further our mission of bringing different languages and cultures together through satellite communications. Kymeta’s proven antenna technology will allow us to pursue previously untapped markets and applications in satellite communications. As the only satellite operator in Turkey, this is critical to enhancing the service offerings in our nation and beyond”.
