Eutelsat lists on London Stock Exchange

Eutelsat announces second public listing of its shares.

Following its merger with OneWeb, Eutelsat Communications has announced its admission to the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The Group’s entire issued share capital has been admitted to the Standard Segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the ticker symbol: ETL. Eutelsat is already listed on Euronext Paris Stock Exchange.

Commenting on the listing, the Group’s CEO Eva Berneke said: “Eutelsat is among a limited number of listed equities offering exposure to the fast-growing Space Sector.” Through the listing, the company aims to be accessible to a wider section of investors and shareholders.

Eutelsat shareholders had approved its partnership with OneWeb on 28 September, 2023 leading to the formation of Eutelsat Group. Eutelsat’s GEO capabilities combined with OneWeb’s LEO constellation will allow it to offer customers global, fully integrated connectivity services.  The partnership will further open up new markets and applications for customers, including Fixed Connectivity (Backhaul, Corporate networks), Government Services and Mobile Connectivity (Maritime and Inflight).
